Ingredients for the Watermelon Feta Salad
(1 cup=200 ml, 1 tbsp=15 ml)
|1 cup||Mixed greens (washed and dried)|
|2 cups||Watermelon; deseeded and scooped|
|2 tbsp||Sliced black olives|
|3 tbsp||Feta cheese crumbled|
Ingredients for the Salad dressing
( 1 cup=200 ml, 1 tbsp=15 ml)
|1 – 2 tbsp||Extra virgin olive oil|
|2 tbsp||Lemon juice|
|Salt to taste (Himalayan pink salt, preferably)|
|Crushed pepper to taste|
|Balsamic glaze (optional)|
Instructions for the Salad
|1.||In a salad bowl, add in all the salad ingredients. Chill in a refrigerator for one hour.|
Instructions for the Dressing
|1.||Mix in all the ingredients and put to chill.|
Assembly and Serving:
|1.||Add the chilled dressing to the Salad and serve immediately.|
