It’s the season for hot chocolate! And there is no better excuse, than the holiday season to indulge in a cuppa!
When it comes to hot chocolate, everyone likes it a certain way. I like mine slightly darker, and with a balanced sweetness.

Ingredients for Hot Chocolate(1 cup=200 ml, 1 tbsp=15 ml) |

| 2 cups | Milk |
| 2 – 3 tbsp | Sugar |
| 2 tbsp | Unsweetened cocoa powder |
| ¼ tsp | Vanilla extract |
| ½ cup | Dark chocolate callets (preferably callebaut) |
| Whipped cream for garnish | |
Instructions for the Hot Chocolate |

| 1. | Heat milk in a saucepan. Ad in sugar, cocoa powder, whisk well. Let sugar dissolve completely. |
| 2. | Once it comes to a boil, add in the chocolate callets and mix well. Let the mixture thicken. |
| 3. | Once it’s dissolved completely, add in vanilla essence and serve the mixture in mugs. Garnish with whipped cream. |
