Ingredients for the Green Chutney(1 cup=200 ml, 1 tbsp=15 ml) |

| 1 cup | Coriander seeds |
| 1/4 cup | Mint leaves |
| 2-3 | Green chilies ( as per ur spice tolerance ) |
| 1/2 inch | Piece ginger |
| 1 tsp | Sugar |
| Juice of 1 lemon small | |
| 2 tbsp | Coconut freshly grated |
| 1-2 | Cloves garlic |
| Salt to taste | |

| 1. | Blend all with a little water or just one cube of ice ( helps to retain colour ) |
