1 ½ Cups | Fresh Pineapple, chopped |
3 tbsp | Spring Onions, finely chopped |
2 tbsp | Finely chopped green capsicum |
2 tbsp | Finely chopped Tomatoes (seeds removed) |
2 tbsp | Mint leaves finely chopped |
2 tbsp | Fresh Coriander leaves finely chopped |
2 tbsp | Jalapenos, finely chopped |
1 tbsp | Sugar |
1 tbsp | Lemon Juice |
3 tbsp | Olive Oil |
Sea Salt to taste | |
Pepper to taste | |

1 packet | Nacho Chips |
Instructions for the Pineapple Salsa |

1. | Mix all the ingredients for the Salsa except salt. Chill in the refrigerator for 1 – 2 hrs. |
2. | Mix the salt just before serving. |
3. | Serve chilled with Nacho Chips. |
