|Preparation Time||10 – 15 minutes|
Ingredients for the Log
( 1 cup=200 ml, 1 tbsp=15 ml)
|1 packet||Philadelphia Cream Cheese|
|½ cup||Cheddar Cheese (grated)|
|½ cup||Goat Cheese|
|3-4 tbsp||Roasted garlic chips (minced)|
|1-2 tbsp||Mixed dried herbs|
|A few drops||Of Tabasco|
|Chili flakes to taste|
|A handful of||Parsley leaves, chopped|
|A handful of||Basil leaves chopped|
Instructions for the Cheese Log
|1.||Remove the cheese from the fridge and get it to room temperature.|
|2.||Add in the cheeses, garlic, herbs, tabasco & chili flakes.|
|3.||Add in half of the basil and parsley leaves.|
|4.||Shape it into a log and roll on to the balance herbs. Wrap in klinfilm. Roll tightly.|
|5.||Refrigerate the same for 2-3 hours in the fridge until it’s firm.|
|6.||Remove the log and unwrap before serving. Serve with crackers.|
