Ingredients for the Log( 1 cup=200 ml, 1 tbsp=15 ml) |

1 packet | Philadelphia Cream Cheese |
½ cup | Cheddar Cheese (grated) |
½ cup | Goat Cheese |
3-4 tbsp | Roasted garlic chips (minced) |
1-2 tbsp | Mixed dried herbs |
A few drops | Of Tabasco |
Chili flakes to taste | |
A handful of | Parsley leaves, chopped |
A handful of | Basil leaves chopped |
Instructions for the Cheese Log |

1. | Remove the cheese from the fridge and get it to room temperature. |
2. | Add in the cheeses, garlic, herbs, tabasco & chili flakes. |
3. | Add in half of the basil and parsley leaves. |
4. | Shape it into a log and roll on to the balance herbs. Wrap in klinfilm. Roll tightly. |
5. | Refrigerate the same for 2-3 hours in the fridge until it’s firm. |
6. | Remove the log and unwrap before serving. Serve with crackers. |
