Ingredients for the Watermelon Feta Salad(1 cup=200 ml, 1 tbsp=15 ml) |

1 cup | Mixed greens (washed and dried) |
2 cups | Watermelon; deseeded and scooped |
2 tbsp | Sliced black olives |
2 tbsp | Walnuts |
3 tbsp | Feta cheese crumbled |
Ingredients for the Salad dressing( 1 cup=200 ml, 1 tbsp=15 ml) |

1 – 2 tbsp | Extra virgin olive oil |
2 tbsp | Lemon juice |
1 tsp | Honey |
Salt to taste (Himalayan pink salt, preferably) | |
Crushed pepper to taste | |
Balsamic glaze (optional) | |
Instructions for the Salad |

1. | In a salad bowl, add in all the salad ingredients. Chill in a refrigerator for one hour. |
Instructions for the Dressing |

1. | Mix in all the ingredients and put to chill. |
Assembly and Serving: |

1. | Add the chilled dressing to the Salad and serve immediately. |
