Ingredients for the Coconut Chia Seed Pudding

3 tbsp | Chia seeds |
ยฝ – 1 cup | Fresh coconut milk |
1 tbsp | Maple syrup |
ยฝ tsp | Vanilla essence |
1 โ 2 tbsp | Freshly grated coconut |
4 โ 5 | Fresh strawberies (quartered) |
1 tbsp | Roasted nuts, sliced |

1 | Soak the chia seeds in coconut milk. Add in the vanilla essence and maple syrup. Refrigerate overnight or for 4 โ 6 hours |
